SICOR Alarms security systems are effective for any type of home or business as they achieve a deterrent effect, have anti-intrusion systems and are connected 24 hours a day, 365 days a year to our Alarm Reception Centre, which is responsible for ensuring the protection and comfort of all our customers.
What types of alarms does SICOR Alarms have?
At SICOR Alarms we provide personalised products adapted to the security needs of our customers. We have alarm kits for flats, attics, ground floors, villas and townhouses. We also offer security solutions, comprehensive security services and cybersecurity for companies, both for businesses/SMEs and large companies.
Can alarm systems be extended once they are contracted?
Yes, at SICOR Alarms we have the latest technology equipment with the best guarantee, facilitating a great management of costs, time, scope and quality and, given this reality, we can increase the needs that may arise in terms of protection. How much can an alarm cost?
At SICOR Alarms, we calculate the price of all security systems quickly and easily. All you have to do is contact our team of professionals, who will provide you with all the detailed information you need to achieve maximum protection. Although the price of an alarm can be decisive when choosing security devices, at SICOR Alarms we offer fixed prices, avoiding unnecessary surprises. Prices will depend both on the characteristics of the home or company itself, as well as the needs of the client, which will be assessed beforehand.
Does SICOR Alarms have installation or permanence?
All alarms include advice, design and installation services for the entire security system contracted, which is carried out by qualified and approved professionals. In addition, the installations are fast and safe, so that the alarm is operational in less than an hour. No building work is required, as the system is radio-controlled and uses the latest security technology.
Your alarm is guaranteed for a period of 24 months.
How does an alarm work?
Alarms are security systems, made up of various elements, which make it possible to locate intrusions and notify the Alarm Reception Centre. This is possible thanks to the technology we use, which guarantees permanent communication with the equipment installed in the home or business. Thus, our alarm signal operators automatically detect any incident, fault or breakdown, notifying the Police, Fire Brigade or Emergency Services if necessary.
Do the alarms come with a warranty?
Yes, both material and labour are guaranteed throughout the life of the contract, offering excellent peace of mind to the customer, as your alarm will always be in perfect working order. Likewise, and in accordance with Ministerial Order INT/315/2011 of 1 February, we carry out three two-way maintenances per year from the Control Centre and, on an annual basis, one on-site maintenance with qualified experts.
What is SICOR Pulsa?
SICOR Pulsa is SICOR Alarms' telecare service to cover emergency medical, social and/or accompaniment needs. It is our way of caring for and accompanying the most vulnerable groups and our loved ones. This telecare service is especially aimed at the elderly or people with some kind of disability and/or dependency, but we also provide support in the care and attention of minors. We want all of them to think that their home is the best place.
What is TeAcompaño SICOR?
SICOR Alarms customers have access to an exclusive security application to manage the alarm, find out its status, view invoices, modify passwords and data, carry out home automation actions and much more. Our App includes the functionality of TeAcompaño SICORThe app, a permanent and regulated control and monitoring system, which allows you to contact directly, and whenever you need to, with the staff of our Alarm Reception Centre.
